What foods should I be eating?
We believe the best foods to eat are high quality plant-based foods that are WHOLE. Whole means that the food has all of it’s parts. Why is this important? Well, nature knows far more than we give it credit for. Foods in their pure state have all of the components required to utilize that food in the body. For example, WHOLE GRAINS (like brown rice) have minerals in them that allow us to utilize the carbohydrates in the grain. Bottom line, if you eat whole foods you don’t have to worry about whether or not you are getting the nutrition from the food. You are! Nature makes sure of it. As a result, you feel more satisfied and less likely to overeat or graze after meals.
